History

Camp Chesapeake is a new exhibit about the first African American Boy Scout Camp purchased in 1950 in Lusby, Maryland.  Camp Chesapeake only operated from 1950 to 1957 and this new exhibit is now part of the over all Boy & Girl Scout Exhibits located on the 2nd floor.  Camp Theodore Roosevelt BSA & Bay Breeze GSA.

Bayside is open Wednesday through Sunday 9a.m. to 12 noon.

Guides are available for visitors.  The site ADA compliant.
